Manuscript Grader is operated by LJX Services, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Using the service means accepting these terms.
You upload a manuscript; language models grade it and compare the result with thresholds we measured on 560 published papers across 28 journals. You receive a score, its uncertainty, groups of journals, a topical-fit assessment, and a short account of what the graders noticed.
It is not peer review, editorial advice, or a prediction of any journal's decision. The score is advisory. Language models are inconsistent, can be mistaken, and can be influenced by text written to influence them. Do not use the result as evidence of quality in any formal process.
You confirm you are entitled to upload the manuscript. You keep every right in it. We claim no licence beyond what is needed to process this run, and we never use it to train anything. See the privacy note.
£1.00 per run, authorised at submission and charged only when a result is delivered. See the payment policy.
The service depends on third-party model providers and may be unavailable or fail. Where a run fails you are not charged, and that is the entire remedy: our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the run in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Do not upload material you may not share, and do not include text intended to manipulate the graders — runs containing it are stopped and not charged. Automated or bulk submission is not permitted.
